Yes, but a word of caution, fired tiles with a glaze are hard but brittle, cars are heavy and if there are any imperfections in the slab they will crack and break. Thick unglazed tiles are more flexible but they will scratch and mar easier. Perhaps a concrete paver or something of that nature. Remember your base (slab) will be the factor in the long run, variations and unleveled slabs cause problems.
